We've had two bathtubs refinished by this company. No problems at all with the first tub. There have been problems with the second tub, but this experience is the reason for the five stars. We have had the company come out twice to repair the finish, once 2 years after the original application and the second four years after the original. Brandon came out the second time and explained that there was likely a problem with the original application. I was satisfied with the explanation. So, while both the company and we would have preferred no problems, sometimes it's how the company responds that matters. Will use them again.
